Round 4!

Today is round 4 of chemo treatments. I kind of dreaded coming today because we had a really good off week.

We met with our oncologist this morning and he was very pleased with how everything was progressing. He asked me how I was doing and I told him great, that I hadn’t been in pain in 4 weeks and that everything else was pretty much backing in working order. So he scheduled a CAT scan to check on everything! Can’t wait for the results. 

The week before (Round 3) was a little rough on me. I had to have an iron infusion (aka sack of mud) well that’s what it looked like and because I felt so bad I basically slept all through Hurricane Nate and all the commotion. 

We are hoping and praying for a better week this week. We have a busy schedule with Homecoming week festivities  at CHCA, church, Quartet CD Recording and life in general. But I will be sure to rest as much and often as I can. Thank you for your prayers and support! Talk to ya later.
