Update on CT Scan

Hey everyone! I know a lot of you have been asking for an update from the CT Scan I had last week and we have been a little reluctant to share the results until we met with our oncologist.  

So we met with our oncologist and CRNP today about the results from the scan and they are a little baffled at the results. The scan doesn’t show much improvement and the some of the lymphnodes are a little bit larger. They also said the tumor has become denser... The CRNP said that it could be that the middle of the tumor has died and there is no cancer activity in the center of the tumor which could cause it to read as denser and the cancer activity would only be on the outside of the tumor (praying that is the case)... 

So as you can imagine this news wasn’t quite what we were expecting since I am feeling so good and in hardly any pain since the 2nd round of treatments. I will go Monday for another endoscopy URS (up the butt and around the corner test ;-)... so they can get a better look at what the tumor is doing. They wanted to do a PET scan but cannot do it until December 1st due to insurance regaltions that scans have to be 3 months apart. 

How you can pray! For God’s wisdom and guidance in the following days for what the next steps are. We are believing that God is going to heal me and this is just a process we have to go to get to that healing. Thank you everyone for all the prayers and love... they are felt daily!
